Poor Service

Good day<br> <br> I am highly disappointed in the service I am getting, I booked my car for a service in December everything was paid for. I drove to Pretoria when I landed there the Engine was saying it needs a service which I am highly shocked since I took it for service. yesterday I got stuck because the Engine was overheating I couldn't even drive it for 5 Minutes. I had to miss work for HOURS. I was supposed to get a call yesterday to detect the cause of the Problem. no one called to advise. I stated it clearly that I have to Leave for Gauteng as I am relocating and need my car to be in Good condition. I have an important exam that I am writing.At this stage I have no car, No Proper accommodation the least you could do is to ensure you do your job. I emailed them this morning and they said they will get back to me by 12 today and its almost 1pm no one is getting back to me.
