Pathetic Volvo service

On 15 July 2020 at around 15:00 I tried to assist an elderly lady who was stranded with her S80 Volvo. Jump starting the battery did not work and the car was totally dead. I phoned CMH Volvo Cars Westrand for assistance. I was told that I need to get the vehicle to their workshop. They do not have a service to help the lady and do not send anyone to help her. It is a automatic vehicle and can not be towed. Thus they left this lady up to herself. Stranded. Alone. Panicking. If this is the way that Volvo and CMH Volvo Cars Westrand do business I will stay clear of Volvo and that branch. It is INCREDIBLE that a company would let her down like this but also tell how difficult the economy is because of covid. PATHETIC!!!!
