Motor plan dont want to pay for a 2 months old car

mY NAME IS MR kGODSII bought a car,VOLVO T3 V40 at Campher Motors 3 MONTHS AGO,and the car had a defective starter,the starter ceased in 6 weeks time and I bought in the car to dealer because I bought the car from them,The dealer repaired the car and told the motor plan insurance that the starter broke through negligence I am now paying 6000 a month for the car and the dealer does not want to give my cat back or remove his starter that he claim must pay for it,I called volvo customer care whom I explained what is the matter <br> and they also did not want to settle my claim they suggest that the dealer is right and when I ask to prove that to me on paper that it was negligence then they told me that my car had only 5 litres of petrol and thus the starter broke
