Motor plan dont want to pay for a 2 months old car

My name is bheki kgosi I sent in my care for a factory fault starter I ill treated and expected to pay for the car of which I have a motor plan on it,****** I was told ****** remarks and that the cr broke due to neglegence bacause Im black,I am paying 6000 for the that is not in my possession and the delear refuse to give my car back
