I spoke with Robinn at customer care whom went out of her way to help me get the info I needed regarding my volvo I bought secondhand. She was helpfull, patient and quick, very resourceful and she added me to the call in phoning East London branch instead of giving me a number and let me do it myself... Niel in East London was also very helpful, quick and after giving the info on the phone, still took the time to email it to Robinn, whom ailed me within 5min after ending our phone call. They are both great representation for the Volvo brand. We need more efficient, customer orientated individuals in the work place. What a pleasure to deal with them. Thank you Robinn and Niel.
