I purchased a second had car with a mileage of 48,but experienced issues with the Enegen with less than 6 months

I purchased a V40 2014 year model in 2019 June, the car had issues with the Engen, I sent an email to the sales person advising her of the issues I've experienced, I then made a follow up with the branch since there was no response from her, I was told that she had left the company, I was then transferred to speak to her Manager who promised to send me a report on the history of the vehicle, I made follow ups with him with no luck, I don't think the Branch is loyal enough to their Customers, the only thing they focus on is rushing on making a sale, I need feedback regarding the vehicle I purchased, it looks like the vehicle was involved in an accident.
