EMPTY PROMISES AND FALSE HOPE FROM VOLVO RUSTENBURG

<p>On the 14 Oct 2016 (Friday) at about 9am I saw a Volvo V40 IN THE Mafikeng Mall which I liked to purchased. I went back at 2pm spoke to someone who could not assist me, he also informed he was not qualified and he proved it to me by saying, the V40 has a 2.4L V6 engine, never the less he advised me to see Chris (Rustenburg Volvo) on 15 Oct 2016 (Saturday). I met with Chris on the 15 Oct 2016 he pitched the sale well and gave me two forms to fill out which I completed to apply for the vehicle in question, I also wrote my contact number so he could call me. We then went out to view my car as I wanted to do a Trade in and also to take pictures. I then asked Chris when I could test drive the car he said 6pm the next day, then I also advised to take pictures the next day as my car would be cleaner, so we had agreed on meeting the next day. On the 16 Oct 2016 after having my vehicle cleaned, at about 2pm I went to the mall even thought Chris said I should meet him at 6pm, I was concerned it might be dark to take the photos, So I thought he could take the pictures out and I could come back at 6pm for the test drive. To my surprise no cars were at the mall, and I did not even get a call from Chris. I just want to find out is this the way how you treat potential customers ??? I took the time to have my car cleaned, got my ID copy, salary advices, proof of residents, bank statement and I arrive there to find no one. Totally disappointed.... If I get service like this now.... it makes me think what the after sales service will be like ???</p>
