Disgusting service volvo/haval strubensvalley

Hi Worst service ever at volvo/haval strubensvalley valley. My Haval went in for a service almost 2 months ago and it had a few faults which i made the service department aware of as it is still covered under warranty. One thing got fixed and i was told that my head light was going to be ordered the same day. I called two weeks later and spoke to the guy named Jack who assisted me the day i gave my car in for a service and i was told it is ordered there is a back log he will check and call me back that never happened. I called again a few days later spoke to the service manager Mark who informed me that my light was never ordered, it has now been ordered and they will updated me weekly, it has been three weeks and i am still waiting to be updated. I guess when you are nice to people at this branch they forget about you and do not assit like promised. Disappointed and disgusted with the service, i highly recommend customers to stay away from this branch. Lots of empty promises.
