complaint

My car was serviced Jan 2015 under warranty.I'ved complained that my car was smoking.1st they lost my owners manual and service record.After compaining and requested a new one I only received it at end of March.Then I'ved complained several times that my car was still smoking.I wa stold that the car is calibrating
