MALFUNCTIONING SHORT BLOCK ENGINE- VOLVO

Bought a new short block engine from VOLVO TOM CAMPHOR, their claim is that is imported from Sweden. Collect it two weeks after the purchase. I then fitted it with the private machine , two days after it was fitted, the car started smoking. I report got in contact with you dealership which I was instructed to take the block engine to be tested by the certified engineer. The test results indicated that the pistons and rings exceed the manufacturing specification, oil rings has no drag and cannot perform its function. When I bought this short block engine I was not even given warranty on terms and conditions on this product and this is supposedly to be a reputable dealership. It’s week six(6) and I am still finding for my refund. The product is supposedly ordered from VOLVO SWEDEN . I am within my customer rights to be refunded my money but it is a nightmare. I think I was taken for a ride... this is a pirate part.
