Breach of Contract and Forced Sales Tactics | Volvo Port Elizabeth

I was in process of trading my existing Volvo and buying a new one, however the sales team Johnathan Boy and Rudi Pillay changed the terms we verbally agreed on. I was pressured to take out vehicle finance from the dealer as it meant more income for them and when I disagreed as I already have access to these facilities it became a problem. When the Sales team discovered my settlement value was less than what was displayed on my statement they wanted to offer me less than what they originally offered me. They also agreed to reduce the purchase price of the vehicle and again it did not happen. They kept on threatening me that they had other buyers and we should conclude the deal ASAP. On the 1st of September 2021 Johnathan sent me the OTP again stating that "it is not worth much as I have not signed it". I already confirmed that I will purchase the car and that I already sent the documents to my banker to prepare the finance. When I called Johnathan out on him changing his word he than terminated the deal as he felt it was a personal attack yet I was stating facts. How do you terminate a signed offer and have an emotional approach to factors I mention and feel is very important? When I escalated this to his manager, Rudi Pillay he had the same opinion and said the deal is cancelled. I was constantly reminded that there are other buyers and that they are making minimal profit on the vehicle, is this the reason why my deal was cancelled? Are the merits valid? A signed offer is a binding contract yet I was disqualified from the deal when I mentioned the above changes to the terms and deal we concluded initially . I have contacted Head Office and I was referred to the Dealer Principle, Dennis who said that he is aware who I am and of my deal, however he is not able to comment as he does not get involved in these matters. This is absolutely shocking to say the least. I am an existing Volvo customer and I am absolutely embarrassed to be associated with the brand as it is represented by individuals that are only interested in driving their own agenda and meeting their KPI's. Legal action is necessary considering how this was handled and more importantly why the deal was terminated or the basis thereof.
