Volvo Cars PE

Good day On the 11th of May 2021 I traded in my Volvo D40 at Volvo in PE cnr of Cape Road and William Moffet for a Jeep Cherokee. I took a test drive and upon driving I could not find any faulty findings and all was well little did I know. After 2 months of having the vehicle it was on a rainy day I noticed that 1 wiper was not working. I took the vehicle to the dealership to notify them of such. They said no problem they are willing to have it fixed. I must take it to Jeep in William Moffet to have it fixed I than took the vehicle there.A diagnosis was done and many defects were picked up on the Jeep.I received a quote of all the findings that were picked up on the Vehicle.I further went back to Volvo PE to give them the quotes of the Jeep they said that they will arrange for them to be fixed. They said that I must again take the vehicle to Jeep so that the Wheel bearings and brakes and cabby to fixed. So it was such a horrible experience having to go up and down for a car that was "supposedly"checked by them before selling to the customer. After a week the car returned upon delivery they said that everything has been fixed and the brakes were fixed by them at their Volvo service center.Less than 5 days after receiving the car it heated up and it required oil it said.I stopped at the nearest Petrol station to have the oil put in.There was nothing with the oil but the water had dried up it needed to be filled.I became more suspicious of the vehicle and wanted to check the manual book.I found a Accident report invoice on the Cabby. I got so frustrated that it was never mentioned that the vehicle was involved in a car accident or any sort. I than took back the car on the 12th of August 2021 and told them of the findings and asked them to take back the car. I was given a loan vehicle since I told them that this will severely affect my family. I have been using the loan vehicle to date.I further wrote an email to Volvo customer service explaining the whole situation instead of them contacting and coming up with a proper solution that will put me in the same situation that I was in.I only received a call from the Volvo cars in PE sales Manager with a statement saying that they will look for another car but that does not have a time frame. I further decided to get legal help and nothing seems to be working in my favor as I am the one who is finding it so hard to cope and the trust I had for them has severely been damaged(Volvo PE).I come to you Hello Peter to ask for further assistance seeing that they are not willing to pay the Full Vehicle finance and I will still be stuck with a whole lot of money that I'm not happy with.As a client to them I feel that they have violated my rights as a consumer and if they did this to me without even putting it into consideration that I'm now in this position because of them.I have all the necessary documentation to support the findings on the vehicle. I can no longer purchase another vehicle at any dealership because no bank wants to assist with any finance because I still owe a massive chunk of money. They are suppose to settle the whole amount and let me start another deal with a more Honest and trustworthy dealership that looks out for the best interest of the client seeing that the only interest is for their own pockets. Its all well and done when you purchase from them upon such findings the only thing the Sales Manager is good at is threatening me and telling me to go fetch that car and they going to take away the loan vehicle whether I'm satisfied or not because the vehicle still has lots of defects not done as per paperwork I got from Jeep.
