Poor Service
Their service is very poor, I have been waiting for them to organize hired car so that I can go fetch my vehicle since yesterday. Now I have taken some few hours from work thinking that I will be back to work by 12pm, but with the look of things that will not happen. They called yesterday at 18:30 and promised that the car will be delivered today at 7am, now it's 8:12 I am still waiting, they haven't even bothered to call and update me.

I have been waiting for the hired car since 7 am and now it's 09:30. I called your call center and they confirmed that the car will be delivered by 9 am, I just received a call from the hiring company they said that the car will only be released at 09:30 from Margate to harding so meaning I will only get the car around 10:40. I am expected to be at work by 12pm today and now I won't make it beacause of you.
My cousin warned about buying a car from Volvo, I wish I had listened. You don't care about your customers.
