Volux seems to be ****?

We ordered the Volux rings. Everything was easy until you start requesting information on the delivery. You seem to get the same kind of message about the delay. The tracking is from the Volux site and after several attempts the reply's stopped. They claim to do refunds but as for now did not get any reply.
