STAY AWAY

My experience has been nothing short of awful, they advertise that delivery will be withing 7-10 working days IN SOUTH AFRICA, it has been 1 month and 6 days since I placed the order. When I followed up on the order the first time, I was apologized to and please be patient your order is on its way, I am yet to receive my order. When i track it online there are Chinese updates which I don't understand and there has been no movement on my order since the 22nd of November. I have sent countless e-mails with the answer being please refer to the tracking number for updates and please be patient.
