DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER

My experience has been nothing short of awful, they advertise that delivery will be withing 7-10 working days IN SOUTH AFRICA, it has been 2 months (on the 28th October) since I placed the order. When I followed up on the order the first time, I was apologized to and please be patient your order is on its way, I am yet to receive my order. When I track it online there are Chinese updates which I don't understand and there has been no movement on my order since the 13th of December. I have sent countless e-mails with the answer being please refer to the tracking number for updates and please be patient. I have also sent three emails requesting my money back, and to date have never had a reply from them in this regard. I have tried to contact the number online and that too does not get answered. This is a ****.
