Beyond shocking experience: tardy, had to pay more than I was quoted, appliance cannot be switched on since "fixed" as it trips electricity, said they'd come back, never did (plus never had data/airtime. Arrive en masse: woman who "diagnoses", worker who says nothing, apprentice who hangs around). DON'T USE THEM spectacularly unprofessional
