I would not recommend using this business based on my experience
I would not recommend using this business based on my experience. We had our solar system installed through them and paid additional money for solar parts that Charl Botha said he needed to purchase. He assured us that he would repay the amount, but it has now been more than five months and we have still not received the money back. In addition, there were faults with the solar system after installation. Despite raising these issues, the problems have not been resolved, and follow-up support has been disappointing. Communication has been difficult, and we have had to repeatedly follow up ourselves without seeing satisfactory action taken. During the sales process, promises were made regarding repayment and after-sales service, but in our experience those commitments were not honoured. We are very unhappy with the way the matter has been handled and the lack of accountability shown after payment was made. Based on our experience, I would advise others to carefully consider their options before choosing this company.
