Not answering emails or phone calls! Very bad service!

I ordered a lithium battery for a golf cart that showed on the website it was in stock. After payment they told me it is not in stock and I have to wait another week for it. It's been almost two weeks now, I still have not received my battery kit and they do not answer any emails or phone calls!
