Voltano rates are a ******* & *********. Something needs to be done about them!

Voltage rates are overly priced and *********. The bill keeps increasing and there’s no difference in winter & summer. I live alone, I work and I’m hardly home but the bill is always sky high! And when u call they tell you it’s the hot water. The way they bill is also very annoying and inconsistent. It gets very confusing. I’m sure this company rigs the meters!!! There’s no way!!!
