Ridiculous charges and poor service

Voltano is ridiculously charging us for electricity and gas, in a space of 2 months I was charged R10k for a household of 2 adults, and because we still querying and wont pay that ridiculous amount our light where cut off to forcefully make us pay, advise to developers and home owner stay away from these people.
