Electricity Cut without notice

I don't see how your company can have the authority to cut my electricity, without notification at all. You call centre tells me "it had usage, but was unoccupied"... so what my account is up to date, and how do you know its not occupied... you looking in my windows??

On the 20th of march, after being told that I could not have the matter resolved over the phone, I emailed (at 13:18). I have not had any response.

@Johan Engelbrecht, sorry to inform you mate, you running a shocking company there. You have pathetic policies and even worse customer service.

Just remember... i never chose to use your company, it was body corporate. I guess that's why you can afford to do business the way you do.
