Disgrace of a company

Non existent Customer service

I would never in a million years recommend this company to anyone, they are the absolute worst.

I never received any form of communication from them in the year that I lived in my house. One day they call me and say I owe them R30 000, I work long hours and I live alone so I queried the account and they sent me meter readings that make absolutely no sense and would not explain them to me whatsoever, only said that my power would be shut off if I did not pay them.

I askes to make a payment arrangement as even though I do not believe I owe them this money I cannot afford not to have power, they said someone would be in touch that was on the 18th of February to this day not one piece of correspondence from them yet my power has been shut of numerous times they do not care about their clients and they are a disgrace of a company and the amount of 1star reviews on this page speaks volumes....
