Bad service

This is the second time in a row this company cuts off my electricity without notifying us and guess what the monthly bill is less than R1000. What the he'll is this? Last month they said they would contact us now i get home to a flippen dark house. Its not even month end. So this will be a monthly occurrence? Don't even mention the tude consultants. Pathetic
