Bad customer service and great attitude from staff

Voltano staff is unproffessional,i called in the morning and the lady who was assisting said her name is Irene,when i called back later i spoke to Rina who said i couldnt have spoken to Irene because she is on leave,the lady **** about her name and her real name is Emily.They have been sending me from pillar to post the who for 2days regarding opening a new account for me and i have sent through all the documents they requested,its not fair and i cant get water and electricity connected to me since i have just moved into a new place and have paid them as they told me nd send througj proof...these ladies are not proffessional and they are just evil and heartless..
