Assistance with volcano

I living at a social house called Thembelihle village when I came this place there was a service provider called volcano The community didn't agree with them cause their bills were to high for the social house program when we try to inform them that they should follow their social housing program they didn't listen then we hired a lawyer will expose them as the community finally volcano decided to terminate's Services on December 29th.then we went to your lawyers inform the city of tshwane prepaid meter went to the landlord to inform them that do you want prepaid meter as the community of Thembelihle village. I was laid off from work due to the covid-19.than the landlord Yeast started it's own billing statement when the community asked we did they get their bills from they didn't answer they started billing the same way volcano did they called me telling me to pay for the utilities when I told them where did they get such an amount because I was not there for 2 months Yeast was very rude and was not willing to make arrangements for payment after the rude confrontation Yeast. volcano send me a message say they'll blacklist me if I don't pay for the utilities I was very confused about that message cause how can a company that can service with us Blacklist me so can you please assist me with volcano because I got another message saying I'm on the credit bureau
