VOLTANO KATHU POOR SERVICE!!!!

I had a very bad experience with the company Voltano KATHU. I bought a house and is still in progress with registration. I am living a year in the house and never got any account ( outstanding bill) from voltano management. I have proof of emails requesting the bills. I just paid randemly as I guest it will be. And after a year they cut off my utilities without any notice. When I brought it under they attention they tell me I need to pay R9000 before they can switch it on. They left me without electricity for 2,5 days which the amount was paid and still left me without utilities. I have asked numerous times for the bill which the account department arrogent women working there tells me it's not on my name yet they can't provide me with the bill, but I must pay it!!! What a joke!!!! unprofessional. And secondly the admin woman who works there has shouted our hole conversation through!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I would not suggest this company to anyone!!!! BAD SERVICE!!!!!!
