Paying for absolute no customer service

If i could give 0 stars i would. They absolutely SUCK!!! Their telephone numbers are never available or it doesnt even exist. You can never get a hold of anyone after hours if there is an electricity issue because those numbers on Google also doesnt exist. They hardly ever notify you if there is going to be downtime. They are unprofessional and ****** rude! If you phone their landline you are caught in an endless cycle of "called cannot be transferred" doesnt matter what option you select. Emailing them, takes days for them to respond, now i have to give notice and anticipating getting my deposit back is also going to be a struggle!
