We will never fly with Volotea again, unless there is no other alternative

We will only fly with Volotea again if there is literally no other option available. Firstly we could not check in online, since we did not have the ticket number and they are not linked to other airlines, in our case Aegean, and had to wait in line for 2 hours on Athens, and secondly, it is literally the first airline ever which did not allow us to take both our small carry on backpacks and Industry standard cabin luggage with us onto the airplane, explaining that we would have to pay a seperately fee. We travel extensively, always only with this hand luggage. We verified with them that this is a Volotea policy, not an Athens Airport policy, and saw many other people going through Security with the two same standard size cabin luggage.
