I DEMAND A REFUND FOR ALL THE MONEY I SPENT
I took my car to VW Highveld Mall Feb Reg No JL 95 JG GP around February this year, and everything seemed fine after the service. A few months later my car would not start in the morning, i then took it to a qualified mechanic, because it was urgent, and he advised that a cheap oil was used, which cause the valve to bend, and i needed to replace my gasket. i spent around to R10K, It happened that me and my colleugue Reg No JGT 406 MP took our car to the same dealer for service same month, and now she also has the same problem, bend valve due to cheap oil used, i am not happy, i am angry that this is not the first time i've heard stories about VW Witbank, i demand a refund for all the money that i spent to fix my gasket, because it cannot happen that our car gets damaged the same way, after we took our car to VW, i have proof of pictures for proof to fix this along with my colleuge our car got damaged the same way!!!!!!Someone must call me otherwise i am taking this further.
