Volkswagen Westvaal Ruined my Car

22 December 2025 took my car for a 15 000 km service,07:20 dropped the car and around 15:30 they called and told me my car will be ready by 16:00. After some few days driving the car the belly plate came out, contacted the dealer and they told me to bring the car so they can fasten it meanwhile I told them the belly plate out, told me they’ll send a technician to fasten the plate since last year December the technician is still coming to fasten my belly plate, can’t even drive my car because of the belly plate
