Inadequate management, subpar customer service, and poor service.

I had a terrible experience with VW Welkom; the service was extremely subpar, there were no updates or communications, and they didn't even bother to fix the issue with my car. I will never, ever advocate or use them for any kind of service since, well, I got trapped on the highway when traveling from Free State to GP.
