rude and overcharging

Has to be one of the worst experiences that i have ever encounted from any business.Salesman Jacque is very rude, i cannot believe they allow salesman with no manners in this company. They sold me a car, i paid cash, 3 weeks later car is still not delivered, when i ask Jacque where my car is, he says i am harrassing him, they refunded me, probably sold it to someone else for a higher price. Also when purchasing, Jacque says i need to pay R 3800 for smash and grab, i look at the pics , and i say to him the car has smash and grab. He then says if i dont pay the extra for something that is already on the car, they wont sell it to me,,,,,,,,,WELL DONE VW VREDENDAAL
