VW Tableview

I took my vehicle VW Touran 2017 model to VW Tableview on the 17thMay 2021, at 07:00. I have a problem with the Stop-Start on the vehicle. They called me at 2:00pm to say they cannot find a problem. Once I fetched it, Johnathan told me to bring it in again the next day which I cannot as I had doctor’s appointments, the only time I could make was on Thursday 20th May. I took it in at 07:00 at around 2pm Johnathan called me to say he think it is fixed, they used a new battery out the shop to test the car and it was working, then they replace my old battery, it should be working now. When I collect the vehicle, I said I will test drive it. I took a long drive on the Velddrif road, but on the way to the road there were three Traffic lights, and it did not work, I called Johnathan, he asked me again if I am wearing my seat belt. He told me it only works after a distance. Well, I did 20k and still nothing worked, I tried going fast and stopped then slow and stopped. I was very cross and called my son (Lee) and said he must use the car on the next day Friday and see if the vehicle work for him. On Friday, the 21st Lee called me to say the van is doing nothing. I called Johnathan and told him, he said he cannot explain what is happening. Lee asked him to replace the battery, he said they do not have a battery in stock, well, I was confused did not he told me that they used a new battery to put in my car to test it. He also said the company warranty will not pay for it. Lee said we would pay for it, if it does not work, he can keep the new battery in stock and give us a refund on the next service. He said he would call Lee in the next week, the week is gone, and nothing has happened. I Called the Dealer Principal (Paul) this morning and told him everything. I had to bite my tong, he said it only works if you have your safety belt on and if the car doors are properly locked. The car doors locked automatic after starting, he said he would call Lee and talked to him as he drives the car more than me. Now we wait…
