VW Dealers suck and mess up your cars

Took a vehicle for a service at 195kms. Car is well taken car off and has no issues at all. All of a sudden during the service they mention that the water pump is leaking and a sip of oil is coming out of the engine somewhere. A suggestion that my pump be changed and certain ring to close the oil leak hololoooo issues after it came back suddenly the car zips water and needs to be topped up coolant after every drive imagine. Took the car back twice they could not tell me whats problem. Mind you I paid 14000 for this job with them. A tuning shop after I grew tired of sending my car to these guys at VW who just did not know what was happening said its the DPF and a EGR delete is needed and blanking off the software and setting up a new one will solve this and boy did it not solve it. My oil leak solved too by these guys. Vw is using non qualified mechanics who do not know what they are doing. My advice do not even service at VW table View they are just bad in up keep.
