Volkswagen Tableview Complaint

Tjo, bought a Polo TSI 2018 on the 26 of May. Twenty days later there was a pool of water in the ****pit, right below the pedals.

Turns out there’s a fault with the air conditioning ? I took it back as I needed to know what was going on & it was uncomfortable & slippery driving a car in this condition.

Currently dont have a car as i was told part needs to be ordered from Germany & can take up to 20days…. There’s no communication whatsoever, i have to call branch & text salesman for any update of which i never get any
