They don't answer their phone.

Called couple or time this morning to have my car booked for service but no one was answering the phone and when some lady managed to pickup the phone she transferred me to the service department and no one is on the other side again to assist so the call need to routed back to her. I asked when can I be assisted and her response was “ I am not sure sir” . It seem like the center too much business that they are chasing away new business. Very dissatisfied as I have to call other center very far from me in other to server my vehicle.
