Tableview Volkswagen are less intereste to assist their clients after purchasing cars you will be left stranded with no help

In October 2021 I bought vw golf 7 via a salesperson called Sonwabo, a 2017 model that came with an extended warranty. December 2022 I started experiencing battery problems I took the car to N1 City VW to investigate the problem.. They responded by saying that it's a battery problem and that I was supposed to pay R4000 to do the replacement. Motorvaps which is the warranty insurer stated that they do not cover for battery replacement. Thats when I started calling Tableview Volkswagen trying to explain the problem to them but none of them are interested lef numerous messages to Natasha and Dwayne so that they can at least called none of them did... I feel they sold me car that was not thoroughly evaluated and the car hasn't had a battery replacement for the past 7..I have had the car for 1 year.. Now Table View VW are avoiding my calls and a guy called Dwayne said " I took long", TOOK LONG FOR What???, they are less interested to solve this matter. This is how they treat their clients now I held responsible to fix problems in the car after owning the car for a year...
