Poor service

I booked my car in for a service under my service plan for a major service, the same day they asked if they can keep it over night i agreed the morning they booked it cash , did the service and extra work without consulting me.Phoned me infor me the car is alm ready and additional work was done i tols them i just wanted a ser to find out they put it under cash they didnt want to release my car.

I had to run around to get altern ways to get to work and had to put a claim in to get the money to pay for my service for them to release it. Very unprofessional and i sat half the day there no communication or anything.
