Pathetic service from VW Tableview

What a terrible dealership. If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. There is so much racial ick at this place. If you are a person of color, you get treated differently. The DP is never available, his 2IC never returns calls. You have to keep going to the dealership in order to get answers.

My car was towed to the dealership on the 2nd of November, and I was told by the tow company that VW would call me to confirm receipt of my vehicle. No one called me. I had to phone to confirm that my car was there after calling a few times with no success, I eventually received confirmation. After that, it was silence for days on end, and then I had to keep calling to get progress. It took them a week to start diagnostics, and then they went silent again. I had to go there 4 times before there was any progress. My car was at VW from the 2nd of November, and I only received it on the 21st November. Words can express how pathetic the service at this dealership is. I highly advise against taking your car there. I definitely won't be back here again.
