Pathetic

Bad experience No customer service at all I called asking for parts the lady I spoke to says I must call back in 40min I asked but why she replies there's no one to assist and there's nothing she can do, then I called called n1 city branch and shared my experience, I was then told that tableveiw branch is privately owned ,anyway I was then assisted by the n1 city branch as I live a 2min away from the tableveiw branch
