Extremely Poor service at Volkswagen tableview by Joseph and his manager Trevor Hodges

I’m so ****en disappointed, hurt, and ****ed off of the service Joseph and his manager Trevor Hodges they gave me at tableview Volkswagen.

My car exploded after it just came from the full service at tableview Volkswagen. On the 15th I book in the car for full service at vw table view. Consultant/ salesman is Joseph.

Golf 7, 2019 model. Service was conducted well according to them. I drove the car for few kilometers, it warned me of insufficient oil same day.

I called Mr Joseph to alert him of the issue. He told me to bring back the car to fix the issue. I did not understand why would table view service department not to do their job properly.

6 days later the car was making funny uncomfortable noise the engine just after the full service was conducted 6 days ago. I called Mr Joseph again to lay another complaint about the same car on the 23 October 2020. They told me to bring back the car, the car engine blasted, smoke coming off, fire came out, immediately stop the vehicle, I called insurance, breakdown came and collect the car.

Insurance did full diagnose of the car they gave us a full report of what exactly happened, the car lack lubrication of which it’s the insufficient oil Volkswagen fed the engine and now they are not taking a full responsibility, the management to be exact. I’m ****ed off
