WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!! NO CARE FOR PAYING CLIENTS!!

If I can give ZERO stars, I would. WORST service I have ever been rendered at a VW outlet. Please DO NOT take your car to this establishment. I had read the bad reviews they have but I still took my car to VW Rustenburg and I regret that decision. If you do not heed my warning, you will be like me; back here writing a bad review.

I got a mechanical break down when I was on a vacation in Rustenburg on the 8th of September (Friday), my car was towed in at VW Rustenburg on Monday (11 September 2023), car was never touched until Tuesday when they did the diagnosis (R1800) that took the whole day, next day they called and told me that they needed to dismember my gearbox to get to the Clutch Plate as it is faulty and would need to be replaced. Today is day nine and my car is till not ready. Does it really have to take 10 days to replace just a clutch plate?

Rebaone Mompe is the worst I had to deal with and her technician who takes forever to work on a car. I have to pay R18k for such bad service with no sense of urgently. All they know is to make excuses. Was stuck in a Rustenburg for 6 days with the hope that my car with be fixed sooner. I live in another province and I still need to go back and fetch the car
