Worst and worst service experience from VW SA

So frustrated and irritated by the level of service recieved from VW SA and Rustenburg VW, my car had a breakdown this is my 4 car that I had to change because I took it to VW and it had further damages. I warned the lady from VW SA that I am humbly requesting that they take my car to any other dealership except VW Rustenburg, I even requested that they look at the cases of previous experience o have lodged against VW Rustenburg still a customer agent manager of VW SA insisted on taking my to the same dealership I have a problem:

Guys I waited for 2 weeeks for my to be repaired guess what the same day the car broke down it was not even the clutch now it had further damages the clutch made noise the engen starting smelling like something is burning inside it. Now I am told to wait for a car for a period no one can specify to me, apparently from Germany.

Honestly VW is just one the over sold vehicles in South Africa but all their sports cars are just a *******. I am really tired and I just want my car I will trade it and change this brand. Useless and Useless service.

I am advising you whenever you have challenges take your vehicle to a dealership of your choice and with reputable service.
