VW Score our Service --- NOUGHT !!!!

Had a very bad experience with VW Rustenburg where they fiddled the invoice to match the quote. Worse than that however, they based their quote on my request to replace a leaking radiator without doing an inspection of the problem. I gave the Dealer Principle the opportunity of first response but his reply was like an ANC politicians response to bribery and *******ion. You didn't see what you saw !!! I don't know what happened and never will but something fishy went down with my replacement radiator -- I don't care what they say. So -- if you have a breakdown in that area -- get your VW towed back to your own dealer.
