VW Rustenburg - Chery Tiggo 8 Pro (AJ)

I was convinced that the Chery Tiggo 8 Pro, 1.6 which I bought in December 2022 at this dealership was brand new because the ODO reading was 24 kms. The car started to give me problems with rattle on the tailgate and the dashboard early in March but couldn't find time to report it. Ultimately, I did report it at VW and the sales manager then referred me to Chery Rustenburg. Chery repaired the rattle on the 09th of May 2023. I then requested a copy of the vehicle registration from VW in May 2023. When I received the mail in October 2023 the certificate was written my wife's name on the owner portion and I reported it. They could not give me a straight answer until October when they forwarded the certificate indicating my name but now, as a used car. Thereafter, the black part which is under the dome lamp, broke together with the sunglass holder. I begged VW to intervene because Chery told me to pay for such damage. The two were never repaired and VW distanced itself from that. The other problem arose, which now the rear camera just died. Still, VW did not want to be involved. Chery ordered the part and replaced it. I took the vehicle and when I arrived home, the engine was heating excessively and I could not drive the car. The car now has holes in both the exhaust and I am now aware that VW will never take responsibility. My conscious is that I was sold a second-hand car. Chery was also tired because of multiple problems in the car in such a period of space and could not even offer me a courtesy car.
