Unpleasant service at Volkswagen Rustenburg

Booking a car for service, its a hassle. I called to make a booking for the car, they said the lady is busy I should leave a message and the lady will get back to me. An hour later the lady still hasn't called back. I am really disappointed it their customer service that a customer should wait that long to finally make a booking.
