Total whack service of a car

Its been 3 weeks since I send my car for service. But now as we speak my car has a problems in the engine. Am asking myself why am I sending a car for seevice when it comes back it has problems in it. What exactly are they doing. Do they even know what they are doing. Or they have ****** as technicians
