Terrible Service from Rustenburg VW.

What a disappointment. In 2018 my wife bought a brand new VW POLO COMFORTLINE 1.0 TSI @ Rustenburg VW. During the first 15 000km we picked up a terrible vibration on the steering when applying the brakes. After terrible service from Rustenburg VW, the replaced the front DISCS under warranty. 8 months done the line, and not even another 10 000km, the EXACT same thing is happening with the car. So I took it back to Rustenburg VW. The newly appointed Service Manager took the car for a 5min test drive. After the test ride, the Service Manager just told me that he could not pick up any problems with the car. I found it to be totally unacceptable , as the car already had an issues with the brakes in the past, and off course the fact that I drove the car, and experience the same issue than before, of which Rustenburg VW found the fault, and managed to replace the DISCS. After sharing my thoughts on the 5min test drive with the Service Manager he asked me “Sir, HOW far do you want me to drive your car”…, I simply told him that you drive the car up until you get the problem resolved. We could not get the issues resolved due to the fact that both myself and my wife have full times jobs, and both travel more than 100km per day, and Rustenburg VW was unable to give us a courtesy car. 9 weeks down the line, and I again decide to contact Rustenburg VW. They are now willing to have a look at our vehicle, however I now need to make a R5000.00 refundable payment before they can give me a courtesy car, which I find to be totally unacceptable. I opted to engage with the original sales person, however she was of no help to me and agreed that I need to take it to a different VW. This cannot be the type of service after buying a R255 000.00 car? VW Rustenburg is Terrible and they are a hug disappointment for VW South Africa.
