My worst experience ever from the service advisor (Lizelle Lourens) to her manager (Shawn Steinman). Highest level of arrogance, idiotic reasoning and terrible communication from day 1 to day 8 to simply correct that which was their mistake. To top it all, their failure to say a simple 'sorry' for the inconveniences caused. I am still shocked today.
